From Temple Kitchens to Your Table.
I still remember the golden light filtering through the Sikh Temple in Amritsar, where my grandmother's hands moved like poetry as she fed thousands with nothing but love and a handful of spices. The scent of freshly baked rotis and simmering dal became my first language. When I moved to Munich with a degree in computer science, something unexpected happened. The German winters made my soul ache for the vibrant flavors of home. One day, standing in my tiny kitchen, I realized—I didn't just miss Indian food. I missed the way my grandmother's cooking made strangers feel like family. That's when Bindaas was born.

Kolkata taught me that food is the loudest love language. After earning my business degree, I found myself in Munich, surrounded by efficiency but starved for connection. Then I met Mandeep Singh - a man who spoke my mother tongue through spices. Together, we discovered that what started as a craving for authentic flavors became a mission: to recreate that moment when you take the first bite and think, "This tastes like home."
